Connect every system your engineering organization runs.

TeamEye reads operational signals from delivery tools, reliability platforms, cloud infrastructure and leave systems through read-only integrations, then turns them into one command center. No laptop agents, no screen recording, no private messages — just the data your work systems already produce.

Each system explains one part of the truth.

GitLab explains engineering activity. Jira explains delivery flow. Sentry explains reliability pressure. AWS and Kubernetes explain infrastructure. Leave systems explain availability. Alone, each system gives a partial view. TeamEye connects them into one command center for engineering leaders.

Engineering operational signals

GitLab

Engineering activity source.
Live

GitLab gives TeamEye the delivery-side engineering signals: commits, merge requests, review flow, collaboration graph and repository-level ownership. TeamEye uses metadata only — never code content — to understand delivery rhythm and review bottlenecks.

Commit rhythm — push frequency, streak length, weekend patterns
Review flow — MR open/review/merge rates and latency
Collaboration graph — who reviews whom, cross-team dependency depth
Baseline comparison — each person's rolling 28-day normal, drift detection
read_api + read_user scopes only — code content is never read
OAuth 2.0 · org-level admin token Connect GitLab

Jira

Delivery planning source.
Live

Jira gives TeamEye the planning and execution context: sprint flow, blocked work, stale issues, missing estimates and delivery hygiene. Clean Jira data makes delivery intelligence more reliable. Jira is analyzed separately from Git activity, so weak ticket hygiene is visible instead of silently corrupting management conclusions.

Delivery throughput — issues completed, story points, WIP trends
Hygiene audit — unestimated tickets, stale issues, sprint chaos index
API token, encrypted at rest, separate org-level key
API token · Atlassian Cloud Connect Jira

Sentry

Reliability & incident-pressure source.
Live

Sentry gives TeamEye the reliability and incident-pressure context: error volume, regressions, noisy projects and production instability. This helps managers understand when delivery pressure is being amplified by production support load.

Incident pressure — rising errors while delivery throughput declines
Error volume — daily event trend across the whole org
Per-project breakdown — events, sparklines, top issues per project
Read-only auth token, encrypted at rest — aggregate metadata only

GitHub

Same signals as GitLab, different host
Coming soon

The same operational engineering signals — commit cadence, pull request review flow and collaboration patterns — for teams hosted on GitHub. Uses a GitHub App installation so no personal tokens are required.

Cloud & infrastructure

Delivery pressure rarely lives in Git alone. TeamEye folds your cloud spend, service health and deployment flow into the same command center — so an unhealthy cluster, a cost spike or a stuck release shows up next to the people and delivery signals it affects.

AWS

Cloud cost & service health source.
Live

AWS gives TeamEye the infrastructure-side operational signals: cost trend, budget burn, account health and service-level alarms. When spend spikes or a service degrades, it surfaces in the command center next to the team that owns it — not buried in a separate billing console.

Cost & budget burn — month-to-date spend, forecast, anomaly detection
Service health — CloudWatch alarms and degraded-service rollup
Account rollup — multi-account posture in one infrastructure status
Read-only IAM role — Cost Explorer + CloudWatch scopes only
Cross-account IAM role · read-only Connect AWS

Kubernetes

Cluster & workload health source.
Live

Kubernetes gives TeamEye the runtime workload picture: node pressure, pending pods, restart loops and rollout status across your clusters. A crash-looping deployment or a starved node becomes an operational signal, not just a line in kubectl.

Cluster health — node readiness, capacity pressure, pending pods
Workload stability — restart loops, failed rollouts, OOM kills
Read-only service account — metrics & status, never secrets
Read-only kubeconfig · any distribution Connect Kubernetes

Deploy & release flow

Pipelines & release tracking.
Live

TeamEye tracks deployment frequency, change-failure rate and stuck releases from your CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI today, more hosts coming). It connects how often you ship to how the team is doing — slowing releases next to rising workload pressure is a story, not two unrelated charts.

Deployment frequency — release cadence and trend per service
Change-failure rate — failed and rolled-back releases
Pipeline metadata only — status & timing, never build artifacts

Absence & availability

Why silence ≠ disengagement.

Without leave data, TeamEye would fire an alert every time someone goes on holiday. The absence integrations tell the engine "this person is officially away" — so approved leave is marked as excused and excluded from all ratio calculations, baseline models, and alert rules.

BambooHR

The canonical leave system

The gold standard source. Reads approved time-off requests directly from your HRIS — vacation, sick days, parental leave — all normalised and matched to visible teammates by work email.

Google Calendar

OOF events via service account

Reads out-of-office events from each user's primary calendar via domain-wide delegation. Optional shared "Leave" calendar for orgs that manage leave centrally. We never read event titles or descriptions.

Microsoft 365

OOF calendar + auto-reply window

Reads OOF calendar blocks and automatic-reply settings via Microsoft Graph app-only auth. Covers both calendar events and "I'm away" Outlook settings without any per-user token delegation.

TeamEye intentionally does not analyze chat volume. Message count is not a reliable engineering health signal.

Privacy by design

We read signals. Not content.

Every integration is scoped to the minimum data needed to understand operational health: delivery rhythm, workload pressure, review flow, incident load and availability context.

Read-only everywhere

All integrations use read-only scopes or API tokens. We can never push data back, create issues, post comments, or modify anything in your connected systems.

Secrets encrypted at rest

API keys, OAuth tokens, and service account keys are AES-256 encrypted in your workspace's option store. Keys are never logged, never shared across organisations, and revocable instantly.

Metadata only

GitLab: commit counts and MR states — never diff content. Calendar: OOF event type and dates — never event titles, descriptions, or meeting attendees. BambooHR: leave dates and types — no salary or HR details.

One command center for engineering operations.

TeamEye connects people, delivery, reliability, cloud infrastructure, deploys and availability into one operational picture — helping leaders notice risks before they become costly problems.
