Your source code never leaves your environment.
TeamEye never reads, stores or processes a single line of source code. We work only with read-only operational metadata from connected engineering systems and the AI management reports generated from that metadata.
No code, no diffs, no messages
Commit content, diffs, MR descriptions and commit messages are never read or stored. Not now, not ever. Your codebase is completely off limits.
Engineering metadata and AI reports
We store operational engineering metadata such as activity timestamps, merge request counts, review participation, delivery flow, reliability signals and availability context — plus the AI-generated management reports built from that data.
Nothing runs on anyone's machine
No agent, no IDE plugin, no keystroke capture. We read read-only operational metadata from connected systems such as GitLab, Jira, Sentry and leave providers — nothing from laptops, IDEs or private workspaces.
Transparent by design
TeamEye is designed around transparency. Team members can access the information used to generate their own operational profile and related management insights. No hidden surveillance layer.
No performance scores or rankings
We do not produce employee rankings, productivity scores, performance grades or competitive leaderboards. TeamEye helps managers understand operational risk, not compare people.
No HR or performance tool export
There is no export to performance review tools, no API for HR systems, and there won't be one. Operational intelligence created to support managers should not become a performance-review pipeline.
Operational visibility for engineering organizations.
TeamEye connects engineering activity, delivery flow, reliability signals and availability context into one management view, helping leaders notice risks before they become costly problems.
